Welcome to the homepage of leeds-yoga therapy.My name is Fleck and I teach general yoga classes in the south and east Leeds area. I am a qualified yoga therapist working in Leeds.This site is meant for people in Leeds who want to join a yoga class for the first time or anyone who has done yoga in the past and would like to return to regular practice in a safe and friendly environment. It's also for anyone who wants one to one help in developing any aspect of their yoga practice or anyone who wants yoga therapy for specific medical conditions.
